Data protection

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and connects to no third-party servers. No data is collected from visitors.

The sound meter on the home page uses the microphone only while it is switched on and with explicit permission. The sound is processed in the browser itself: it is not recorded, not stored and not sent to any server.

If you write to us by email, we process your data solely to reply and manage the commercial relationship, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. It is not shared with third parties except where the law requires it. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@bluenoise.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless consumer legislation provides otherwise.
